The upper body is often a sore point for many women, who would like to be able to show off toned arms and shoulders as a swimmer. When the summer season is approaching, it is common practice to go in search of creams and scrubs that improve these delicate areas, however an economic and healthy solution comes from fitness instead.

One of the most sought-after must-haves of the summer is given by sculpted arms and shoulders, to be shown under light and sporty tank tops.

From a well-known American personal trainer among the VIPs, we receive tips and instructions for modeling these points by carrying out five simple shoulder exercises to be performed daily get steroids, which also helps improve posture. Jessica Smith’s fitness exercise technique is based on a precise concept:

“I avoid performing isolated body movements. You can get better results and burn more calories by engaging multiple muscle groups simultaneously and keeping your heart rate high. ”

Shoulder exercises: here are the suggested ones

The first exercise, to be done standing with the legs at an opening equal to the width of the shoulders, is called «Bow and arrow», and allows you to tone all the muscles of the back, high and medium, also involving the shoulders and arms. To do this you need an elastic cord with handles at the ends, to be pulled with one hand while holding the other end under one foot.

The second exercise, aimed mainly at the shoulders, is always to be done in an upright position, with the elastic cord fixed under one foot at half-length, and the ends held each with one hand. It is necessary to raise the arms rhythmically by holding one leg back, slightly bending the elbows.

We then move on to the strengthening of the pectoral muscles, with the classic exercise to be performed lying down, flexing the arms with the back towards the ceiling and holding up with hands and feet. The legs must be more spaced than the width of the shoulders, in order to obtain stability.

The next exercise involves a posture opposite to the previous one, with the back facing the floor and the torso supported by folded arms and legs. Balance is found through the position of the palms. Thanks to the flexion of the arms and the lifting of the pelvis, biceps, and shoulders are toned.

Also for the biceps, but also for the triceps and pectorals, the fifth exercise is to be performed standing with the elastic rope, held with both hands and passed under the feet. The legs must open as much as possible, in order to create a lot of muscle tension: the arms are positional along the sides and, with the palms facing upwards and the elbows a few centimeters from the body, the arms must be folded until the hands touch the shoulders, then repeating the flexion in several sequences.
